Goodreads description :
Cassia has always trusted the Society to make the right choices for her: what to read, what to watch, what to believe. So when Xander's face appears on-screen at her Matching ceremony, Cassia knows he is her ideal mate . . . until she sees Ky Markham's face flash for an instant before the screen fades to black. The Society tells her it's a glitch, a rare malfunction, and that she should focus on the happy life she's destined to lead with Xander. But Cassia can't stop thinking about Ky, and as they slowly fall in love, Cassia begins to doubt the Society's infallibility and is faced with an impossible choice: between Xander and Ky, between the only life she's known and a path that no one else has dared to follow.

My Thought :
Cassia lives in a world where every choice is decided by Society. They decide who you will marry, where you will work and when you will die. On her 17 birthday, Cassia is matched with Xander, her best friend. But when she watches the microcard, She also sees Ky's face as her match. When the things go wrong, Cassia start to doubt the Society. Who would she choose, Xander or Ky ???

I love the book. It's written in fast paced. I love how the characters develop, especially Cassia. At first, she believes everything The Society tell her. But when she sees Ky's face, she starts to think about everything and it makes her doubt the Society. The love story is very beautiful and realistic. I love when Cassia and Ky are together and getting to know each other, it's so sweet. The cover is beautiful and can describe the book. I highly recommend the book.

I give Matched 4 out of 5 stars.

  4. @ferina : iya, sejenis Delirium jg tp lebih ekstrim lagi soalnya seluruhnya diatur. Mulai dari jodoh, sampe ke apa yg boleh dibaca. Klo aq sih lebih suka Delirium daripada Matched.
